An itinial personal consultation can be arranged, either during or outside business hours in your office boardroom or local area coffee shop, this will enable us to determine the needs of your particular business in an environment with minimal interruptions. If there are time constraints on any part of your travel we will endeavour to work with you in order to meet those needs as well as any changes that require attention outside our time zone.

Technology

WHEREVER uses Amadeus as it's Global Distribution System (GDS). Amadeus is the leading GDS system and is used by such airlines as Qantas, British Airways, Air France & Lufthansa. Amadeus is a web based system and therefore can be accessed during a personal consultation outside our office.

Amadeus also works in conjunction with Tramada, our front/mid office system. This allows each system to "talk" to each other, transferring your profile data with ease. You can also view your flight bookings online 24/7 from anywhere in the world.
 
Reporting

Due to such capabilities within Tramada and Amadeus, we can tailor reports to your needs, whether it be monthly, quarterly or annual reports.
