WHEREVER PRIVACY POLICY  

The privacy of our clients is of utmost importance to WHEREVER.  

WHEREVER will obtain your personal information for the sole purpose of assisting with your travel requirements, we strictly adhere to the National Privacy Principles and the Privacy Act 1988.

For most reservations with WHEREVER we require personal details such as your name, mailing and email address & telephone number. Depending on your requirements we will also obtain your credit card number, passport details, dietary requirements, and any loyalty program details. This information will be collected directly from you.

We require this information in order to make reservations on your behalf. We may use your information on a database in order to keep you updated with current specials or offers, however you will always have the opportunity to unsubscribe to any correspondence.

WHEREVER repsects your privacy and will not divulge any details you have provided without consent. The information we record is specifically to assist with making your travel arrangements and as such will be passed to third parties such as airlines, tour operators, insurance and wholesale companies etc.

We store your information in a combination of secure systems as well as paper files.

Whilst we prefer to deal with suppliers whose privacy policies are in line with the Privacy Act 1988, we do deal with a large number of companies both national and international, you acknowledge that some third party's policies may differ.
