Who we are:

The team at WHEREVER have travelled extensively and truly believe "you haven't lived until you've travelled". Whether it is camping on the coast of NSW or trekking through the Himalayas, until you get on the road you're not going to experience the smells, sounds, and sights of a real adventure.
Our experience includes positions held within the following sectors of the travel industry : car hire, wholesale, retail, corporate and corporate leisure. If we don't know the answer to a question we know who does.
Having travelled to over 50 countries and been in the industry for 10 years, our passion is obvious. You're in great hands.

WHENEVER!

We will meet you during your lunch break, after work, before work... just let us know your preferred time when you book your consultation and we'll do our best to accommodate.
If meeting is not possible just give us a call or email, office hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.
Appointments can be booked by emailing info@wherever.net.au and we ask that you please request this with at least 7 days notice.

Our Service Level Agreement guarantees the following turn around time after receiving your phone, email or website enquiry:


     * Bookings departing within 3 months - 24 hours
     * Bookings departing after 3 months - 48 hours
     * Domestic flight bookings - 4 hours

Urgency will be prioritised by departure date, please let us know at the time of enquiry if you are under any time constraints.

Exactly. We can come to you, let us know your place of interest (so we can bring along the necessary brochures and other relevant information), a date, time and location (coffee shop, office, it's up to you) anywhere within the Sydney area, for an uninterrupted consultation.
And of course, whether you're planning a trip to Cairns or Kathmandu we will help get you WHEREVER you need to go.

Do we promise such a personal travel planning experience for you? :
We've been in the industry for 10 years, we know it and love it, but we've also seen a lot of client relationships badly managed. Do you feel valued for having used a travel consultant? Booking travel purely through the internet does not offer a level of customer service that most people are comfortable with, we acknowledge you may pay more for our knowledge and experience. And who wants to spend valuable time dealing with a new consultant each time? The more we do know about you, the more we can do for you!
